Why did my iPhone photo (HEIC) not convert?
HEIC can only be read by browsers that support it, currently Safari on iPhone, iPad and Mac. On other browsers, open the photo on your iPhone and share it as JPG, or use Safari.
Is there any quality loss?
PNG is lossless. JPG, WebP and PDF use the quality you choose; 85โ90% is visually identical to the original for photos.
